What a wonderful evening with friends and readers at the book launch party for DEEP FAKE DOUBLE DOWN!
Deep Fake Cake was a featured treat. But WHO got into the cake before I took photos??
This couple drove almost 200 miles from Helena for the party! Wonderful to meet Regi and Renee in person.
Three lucky winners took home prizes. Congratulations to Carolyn, Fran, and Carla who received hand-crafted legacy wood pens ($40 value).

Eve brought the story to dramatic life!
The surprise performance by acclaimed audiobook narrator Eve Passeltiner was the hit of the evening. Eve read a chapter from DEEP FAKE DOUBLE DOWN and brought Tawny and Tillman to vibrant life.
Special thanks to Stephanie and Pete, new owners of The BookShelf, for hosting the party. Next time you’re in Kalispell, Montana, stop in and browse their great selection.
Debbie, I’m so proud of you organizing your event and having a wonderful turnout! You go, girl!
By the way, my husband and I both put you on a pedestal due to your excellent writing and story skills. You have a special talent and we’re so glad you’re using it!
Hi Janet,
Aw, you’re too kind. Please don’t put me on a pedestal cuz I’d immediately fall off and break something!
Appreciate your encouragement and support!
Debbie
Congratulations, Debbie, on a great launch party. Wish I could have been there to celebrate with you.
One of these fine days we’ll meet in person, Kay!
Looks like a great launch, Debbie. Wish I could have joined you. Congratulations!
Thanks, Janet! It was great fun.
Looks like it was great fun, Debbie. Maybe I’ll make it to Montana sometime.
Sue Ann, Hope you do visit one of these days. I’d love to meet you in person.
Thanks, Steve! Wish you could have been there. People were fascinated that you salvage lumber from historic buildings and recycle it into beautiful pens.
Congratulations on a great launch party, Debbie. I’m glad it was so successful!
